Orders

Customer orders without calls and notebooks.

How a wholesaler or market trader in Lithuania gets every customer order into one list, when today orders arrive by phone, SMS, Viber and chat messages.

Short answer

Turgio is an order-taking system for wholesalers in Lithuania: each customer gets a link, sees your catalogue with their own prices on the phone and orders on their own, and all orders land in one daily list with time and total. You enter phoned-in orders into the same list yourself. It costs from 39 € a month, with 14 days free. The app is in Lithuanian.

Why orders get lost

When orders arrive by phone calls, SMS, Viber and Messenger, someone has to copy them by hand onto one sheet in the morning. That is where mistakes come from: a forgotten order, the wrong quantity, the wrong price.

Turgio removes that step: an order is recorded in one place from the start, and the purchase list, the hand-out, the delivery route and the VAT invoice are built from it.

How it works

  1. You send your price list (Excel, CSV, PDF or a photo) and we set up the catalogue.
  2. You send each customer a link. They create an account once and you approve it.
  3. The customer sees their own prices in the phone browser and orders. There is no app to install.
  4. You set the hour until which you accept orders. Until you review an order, the customer can still change it.
  5. All orders land in the daily list with time, number of items and total.

What each plan includes

  • All plans: orders by customer link, the daily order list, statuses from New to Delivered, a separate price for each customer, VAT invoices and CSV export.
  • Augimas: the customer gives a delivery address and day, plus debts, returnable crates, stock and the purchase list.
  • Pro: a live order feed, staff accounts with permissions, routes ordered by travel time and the i.SAF export for the tax office.

Pradžia 39 € a month (up to 100 customers), Augimas 99 € a month (up to 500 customers), Pro 249 € a month (no limits).

Frequently asked questions

Is Turgio a B2B ordering system?

Yes. It is a B2B ordering system for wholesalers: your business customers, such as restaurants and shops, order on their own by link and see only their own prices, and you get every order in one daily list.

Do customers need to install an app?

No. The catalogue works in the phone browser. A customer creates an account once through your link, you approve it, and from then on they simply order.

Can each customer see their own prices?

Yes. You can set separate prices for each customer, and they see only theirs. The Augimas plan also has price groups, for example one for all restaurants.

How much does it cost?

From 39 € a month (the Pradžia plan). The first 14 days are free with the full Augimas plan, and we do not ask for a card.

Is Turgio available in English?

No. The app is in Lithuanian and built for Lithuanian businesses: VAT invoices and the i.SAF export follow Lithuanian rules. This page and the VAT calculator are in English for reference, and there is a Russian page too.
